Our Sunday School class is a social bunch and we have found that having a leader outside of our group or a video series keeps us more focused. Without that, we tend to wander.
We just finished our second series by Andy Stanley (Northpoint Ministries). It is worth a look/listen if you are looking for a small group series. He's a good speaker and really keeps everyone's attention.
