My friend Debbie is having a birthday today. Unfortunately, I know that it won't be a happy one. Her boyfriend Jerry of almost 20 years is in very critical condition in the hospital. Instead of saying Happy Birthday I'm going to pray that this is the day he turns around.
Three weeks ago he suffered a major heart attack and has been on a ventilator ever since (with the exception of about 48 hours). He is a very private person, but they have created a blog with all of the updates and prayer requests.
Please pray for both of them as they walk this journey.
