Oh my gosh!! I was afraid that would happen at my house so I had them throw it out pretty soon after getting their baskets. If not the cat would have started eating it. haha
Hi Lynn, how precious your children are. I'm about in tears here when I watched the video at the bottom, it reminded me of my daughter, Brandi, having the twins. They were so much fun! I'm really missing my daughter right now. I know I'll see her again in Heaven, as will my hubby and her girls. They are doing ok, although they wanted to stay here and not move away, that was hard on them. Thanks for sharing and for visiting Brandi's celebration of life post. Lots of hugs and prayers for you and your little ones. They are such a blessing from God! P.S: We had a little childrens size plastic rake we got at the toy store, and we use to use it to rake the toys out from under their little beds with it. The girls still remember it. LOL
Ack. Easter grass! Just not my favorite. It's actually impossible to find here in Holland, so I have opted for the much-easier-to-clean-up tissue paper in the bottom of the baskets. I am not sad about that. Love the photo. Enjoy the day.
Oh yeah, I hate cleaning up that stuff! One year my cousin and I decided to decorate my grandma's entire house with that! :) She found it in closets and hidden places for years!
At my 5 year old niece's birthday on the weekend, my brother couldn't find tissue paper for his gift, so he used the easter grass. Within seconds...that's what the room looked like.
I'm glad I didn't have that stuff in my house this year. Mine too would look like that. but instead I have crackers and bananna smeared in my carpet. I just can't keep up with the mess!

This is what happens when there is too much chocolate in the house!

Hey that looks just like my rug!
They were throwing it at each other and it was everywhere.
Great picture!
Happy WW!
BTW: I have used the outside yard rake in my house to clean up stuff like that.
I see lots of brown, too. Maybe you should water more often :)!!

We had purple at our house. Visit me at Castle Nottingham or my Wordless
Post directly.
Shame, what fun.
Isn't it AMAZING how, months after Easter, you're STILL vacuuming that stuff up? lol
But you know what? Scattered grass means the kids had fun and that makes it all worthwhile.
That Easter Bunny sure is a messy guy.
Well, looks like they had fun. :) Easter grass is as bad as Christmas tree needles, which I still find in corners.
Yep, this is what it looks like after they open their Easter baskets. I remember...finding this green grass well into summer. Happy WW :)

I feel your pain. Did you find any in their diapers yet? Yeah, that was my favorite part of the Easter aftermath.
well that looks like it WAS a lot of fun~
LOL
