Today my brother-in-law is celebrating his 10th birthday! He was born 2-29-68. He looks kind of old for 10, huh? He even has kids who have had more birthdays than him. So I guess this should make this leap year "kid" special. Actually, it does.
He is driving my sister crazy trying to figure out her plan of celebration. I sure hope he's not disappointed.
