Mommy, They Stole Our Van!

There is an empty space in our driveway and we've learned our first lesson in commerce.

Our conversion van had lost it's purpose and with gas prices we decided that it was time to move to the minivan. I didn't realize how attached the kids were to it.

When the man and his wife came to purchase it lase night I showed them the empty spot in the driveway and tried to explain that he gave us money and we gave him the van. As soon as the garage door went up this monring one of the kid said, "Mommy, they stole our van." The entire conversation to preschool was about buying things.

This is John cintemplating the discussion waiting to go into preschool.

LOL. When my oldest was little, we had to have our car towed and she was HYSTERICAL. She was positive that our car was being stolen, and nothing could convince her otherwise. Kids are so funny. :o)
